By using the junk hauling services provided by LA Junks ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
LA Junks provides junk hauling and removal services. The scope of services, including pricing, scheduling, and specific terms, will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments for junk hauling services can be scheduled by contacting LA Junks through our website, phone or email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for junk hauling services will be communicated to you before the appointment. Additional fees may apply for extra services or items not initially discussed. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the junk items to be hauled. Items must be ready for removal at the scheduled appointment time. Any delays or difficulties in access should be communicated to LA Junks in advance.
6. Prohibited Items
Certain items may be prohibited from removal due to legal or safety reasons. It is the customer's responsibility to inform LA Junks of any potentially hazardous or restricted items.
7. Liability
LA Junks will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, we are not liable for any damage to property that may occur during the removal process, except in cases of gross negligence.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided by LA Junks will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
LA Junks reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
